What is the difference between Maintenance Clean and Detail Clean?
Maintenance Clean is a lighter upkeep service. It is best for homes that are already in relatively good condition and need ongoing cleaning rather than more detailed work.
It includes light kitchen counter and exterior appliance cleaning, bathroom wipe-downs, light dusting of accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, and general tidying of common areas.
Detail Clean is more thorough. It includes more hands-on kitchen and bathroom cleaning, accessible baseboards, accessible doors and door frames, rust and limescale treatment where possible, cobweb removal where reachable, and more detailed dusting throughout the home.
What is the difference between Detail Clean and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?
Detail Clean is for lived-in homes. It focuses on accessible, visible surfaces while the home is still furnished and actively being used.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty or mostly empty homes. Because there is more access, it includes additional tasks such as interior cabinet and drawer vacuuming and wipe-down if empty, interior closet wipe-down, light switches, and interior microwave cleaning.
Move-In / Move-Out is intended as a stronger reset-style service to prepare the home for a new occupant or to clean it after belongings have been removed.
Which service should I choose?
Choose Maintenance Clean if your home has already had a recent Detail Clean and you want lighter ongoing upkeep.
Choose Detail Clean if your home is lived-in and needs more thorough kitchen, bathroom, and surface cleaning.
Choose Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning if the home is empty or mostly empty and you want a more complete reset clean with access to cabinets, drawers, closets, and switches.
Additional services can be added on for items not included in your selected package.
