Carpet Condition Breakdown

Tell us how many rooms fall into each condition and the total carpet square footage for those rooms.

Standard
Normal soil, light traffic wear, and minor spotting. Generally maintained carpet without major buildup.
Heavy
Heavy soil, dark traffic lanes, multiple stains, substantial buildup, or carpet that has gone a long time without professional cleaning.
Severe
Major neglect or contamination, including deep-set staining, pet urine/odor, sticky or greasy residue, widespread discoloration, or areas requiring intensive treatment and repeated extraction.
Steam Cleaning Required Severe-condition areas are always cleaned using Steam Cleaning. The Steam Cleaning charge is automatically included.
Example: If two bedrooms are Standard and one bedroom is Severe, enter the room count and approximate square footage under each condition separately.
